Rams/Seahawks Flexed to Sunday Night

What makes me sick is that if Seattle wins the NFC West Champ will be 7-9!!

The NBC Sunday night game next week is St. Louis at Seattle.

Kind of a ho-hum week 17 coming up.

I thought they'd take Chicago-GB for sure. Kinda surprised.

It was bound to happen eventually.

That said, Seattle is playing really awful. I'd be surprised if they win this game.

What blockhead scheduled all four NFCE teams to be playing at the same time next Sunday (1 PM)?

Is the nfl smoking crack today, first canceling the game tonight, now taking this snoozer. The bears-packers game is a must flex, much better game, the nfl is asleep at the wheel today.

No shocker, it's winner take all and the Bears could have a bye locked up by then

There is a very good chance that the bears are playing for the two seed, and the packers for a playoff spot, intense rivalry, two much better teams, with as great a setting as it gets. The nfl dropped the ball big time on this one.

Watch NBC will have some combo of Packers/ Giants vs Eagles/ Bears as their wildcard game instead

Good Lord.

Teams like St. Louis and Seattle are what I like to call fillerfoder...they fill up places for the league but have no business being on tv or in the superbowl. They just don't look right or fit the picture for me.

Tell the 7-9 whoever from the NFC West to send a thank you card to Tampa Bay who will probably have 10 wins and not get into the playoffs. Disgusting.

Isn't FOX allowed to protect one game? I'd assume that would their first choice. I don't actually know anything, mind you, just guessing.

All games are on the board Week 17.

Most games late in the season are scheduled at the noon start time to give the stations ability to flex games.

Times aren't determined for many of them until later in the season.

Seattle wins and they'll be hosting a 10 win team at home in the playoffs. Has a 4 seed ever been a 13.5+ point dog at home?

I'm pulling for Seattle in this one. 7-9 playoff team would be comical.
