Random CeeDee Lamb Stat

So far this season, it's been a tale of 2 halves for CeeDee Lamb. After 4 games he has 316 receiving yards, and 300 of them came in the 1st half.

In the 2nd half of those games he's had 3, 0, 9, and 4 for a combined 16 yards.

But even with minimal 2nd half production and not being on the same page with Dak, his numbers are slightly better than they were after the first 4 games last year:

2023: 23 catches, 309 yards, 1 touchdown
2024: 20 catches, 316 yards, 2 touchdowns

Perhaps CD would have gotten his 100 yards passing if McCarthy would have stopped using him in those plays with him in the backfield (end arounds, or whatever else you call it).

Using your best WR for 1 end around is fine but using him 3 times speaks volumes about our RB room.

If you have to rely on that many gadget plays to beat the lowly Giants, we've got big issues

Not easily he would have had about 170 yards if they used him the way he should be used but yeah Mike McCarthy's very suspect I don't like Mike McCarthy as bad as we thought Kelly Moore was I would take him back in a heartbeat at least he got creative at times I will take the ridiculous creative over the top **** because he's abandoning the road I mean Mike McCarthy is not running any better either I'd rather have more over here calling more risky over the top place this is gone super vanilla... Why is it 2 years in a row Mike McCarthy didn't like learn his lesson last year and not start playing open offense until after the San Francisco game and he been doing it again literally looks like the most basic play calling I've ever seen in my life.. This is a professional team this dude's calling plays that most of us ran in high school I'm not even trying to be cute he's having three dudes on the same level running curls and slants you know how old school that is I mean I get you gotta run them sometimes but why is all three guys running at the same depth and doing the same routes over and over he's not trying to take the top off he's not creating any motion any movement any misdirection I mean this is crazy he has guys like Turpin/Vaughn you get him in space and they could do some damage maybe not in every play but Jesus like why don't you call something creative every once in awhile.

From that point, Prescott just goes out and in observation, sees if he can just hang on. Not forge his own way.

That's not it at all maybe the first game those dudes most of the starters who played in the preseason for other teams got maybe 20 to 30 snacks that's one game literally most guys are back at full game preparedness with their bodies and their stamina and what not by Game 2 maybe some like the big fatties need three games but there is no way unless you play all the preseason games you can tell me that four games worth counts as preseason that would be he should have been ready to go full speed by the second game and by all accounts he said that before the game that he was ready to play this has more to do with the defenses we're playing and the situation of football being behind or being ahead and this arcade vanilla offense that has nothing to do with his being off with Prescott you do realize that they've met many times in the offseason in his backyard in California they did things and they were together the last four years they don't need that much time to get back on the same page.

Well apparently, Brandon Cooks is going to miss this week, as well so are we going to see Flournoy who else is going to be called up I mean now we're going to need Mike McCarthy be even better I guess Tolbert gets moved up to the number 2 Turpin gets more snaps but will we finally see Flournoy. OR CD blows up heard PB has weak back end
