• The O-line was as good I've seen it in many years. (I don't believe the refs cost us the game but those holding calls were BS)
• Our play calling was beyond conservative. I understand the D is immproved this year. It was like watching Baltimore a few years back, the Offense puts up 13 points then tries not to take any chances. It just seemed like we were trying not to lose....Kiss of death!
• J. Jones is a hell of a back.
• Dan Synder is pathetic.....dancing in his box. (Act like you've won before....errr nevermind)
• Why do we consistently throw shorter than the distance to go on 3rd/4th down. 4th and 4 game on the line......we run a 3 yard route.
• Our front 7 is very good. The way t beat this team was evident last night. Throw ower our safeties.
• Bledsoe looked awesome...no obvious mistakes I saw. With that said, I wanted to see Drew have a chance to put our foot on their throats when it was 13-0. Take some chances..stretch the field.
• This loss while it hurts....may be the best thing for this season.
• Canty is a stud.
• Ware played well, but his pass rushing still needs work. Not much pressure from him. I know he made a couple of nice tackles for losses.
• Why did we stop using the 4 wide set....looked OK to me.
• San Fran....look out.
• I still like our chances for a wild card berth.

Btw..I'll think I'll be sleeping on the couch tonight. I woke my wife at 12:25am as I was yelling and swearing over the 4th and 4.....3 yard gain.
Can't wait for next week.

That second holding call took us from 1st and 10 to 3rd and 20.......that had us within FG range, and we would have indefinitely gotten at least a few more yards maybe even another first down. How do you figure that didnt cost us the game? If that call hadnt been made, there wouldve been no opportunity for washington to get that second TD......

again, not being sarcastic, and I see what you are saying, but arent you always trying not to lose? I mean, we were in great position to win, ie. my first comment.

We had a chance to run out the clock down and eat up Washington's time outs, but we didn't do that. We were trying to march down the field like we were behind on the score board.

ya exactly everytime we needed a first the receivers it seemed like almost purposely ran supershort routes, what the **** is the point of throwing the ball if the guy isnt deep enough to get the first.

I guess you and I look at this two different ways......to me, it was a deciding factor because, like I said, had it not been called, we wouldve had an excellent chance to put more points on the board.

But since it was called, our defense shouldve stepped up, and they failed to do that......that became the FINAL deciding factor.

Believe me when I say I get what you are saying...I was pissed too. I just don't like blaming the game on the refs. We lost the game for being too conservative, and becuase of 2 secondary miscues. Bottom line.

The play calling on 2nd a 4 with 2:10 left was atrocious. Give JJ the ball 3 times and I gaurentee we get our 4 yards.
