Eagles might have interest since their safety position ain't that great. Commanders too. I'm pretty sure we're interested as well, but we're too low on the cap to make any move on him unless we get Romo and Spencer signed to long-term deals soon.

Definitely. When healthy, Phillips is a solid safety and would help us a lot if we were able to sign him.
