Yeah, not so sure it's "they" that are the hold up. I'd love to know if Gregory has been meeting all the conditions along the way back to reinstatement. Wouldn't missing a test or something like that delay things? Not saying he has but I'm thinking a delay in the process but the NFL not coming out and telling why might be because they don't want to tell someone's personal business regarding treatment or something like that.
