After watching Moss this last year whine and cry...I never want him here. Leaders step up and motivate a team...he did the complete opposite. I lost all respect for him.

You decided that, did you ?
zrinkill;1395294 said:Well yea that is awful judgmental of me ..... but when ya act like a spoiled child like those two do ..... alot of rash and judgmental things are gonna be said about you.
zrinkill;1395279 said:I think the biggest difference between Moss and T.O. is that when T.O. feels he is being left out of the game plan he screams and yells and works harder to get attention ...... Moss pouts and stops trying .....
besides that they are both idiots who dont deserve all the talent God gave them.

I find it hard to condem because growing up I had a wonderful Dad, still do, .. he's 79. Just my good fortune, through nothing I did.
Neither Moss nor Owens ever had that advantage. I know, I know, some people overcome more than that, but some can't.
It is who they are, it is how their foundation was molded.
I look at both of these guys, and I KNOW having a great father would have changed both of them.
No excuse, but their lack of a good father impacted them both in a negative way.

I believe with Tony Romo spreading the ball around we could be a happy team with these two players.

zrinkill;1395332 said:you might be right .... they might feel a kinship and become the greatest tag team of all time ....
More likely they would tear the team apart or at the very least make us the most hated team in the universe :
I would love to see that kinda talent together ..... just cannot see it working with the circus that would follow.

- Calvin Johnson have trouble with top-notch conerbacks that plays him tight and it's going to be a whole lot of them in the NFL
- Sidney Rice is from a pass-happy offense where it is needed to catch alot of balls against different coverages.
- Overall I think that Calvin Johnson has more electrifying catching like the one in the clip I seen when he caught the ball to the right falling to the left.
It's been so many people with freakest features that has been total bust, im not saying that Calvin Johnson is going to be a bust, I do think that Sidney Rice is going to have a better career overall.
Sidney Rice has the potential to be listed in the top 5 of receiver's in the NFL all-time once his career is over.
He's one of those receivers that people don't expect much out of just like New Orleans wide reciever Maques Colston. I expected Colston to be good once he started and I was right.

If they were BOTH really smart they would set their goals on winning a SB and thats all.... but I am not sure BOTH could do that.... maybe one.... but not both..... BUT if BOTH could set their sights on SB and nothing else... then the media comes in and crushes that.... its alot to ask
GoinForSix;1394591 said:Why do people think we need to have a 3rd receiver that can put up 1,000 yards. TG could be a # 1 receiver on most teams in this league, we're lucky to have him as a # 2 guy because hes still one of the best in the game.
Between Crayton, Hurd, and Austin I think we're alright at 3rd receiver. Not to mention Witten is basically a 3rd receiver in the passing game.
