Apparently the Rangers have already named him the closer and told Feliz he is going to the starting rotation.
If Nathan is fully recovered from his Tommy John surgery and can throw like he did in 2009 I love this move, but he missed all of 2010, and didn't start throwing well until late in 2011, push he's in his upper 30's, so I'm a bit skeptical.
