WR could be a big need depending on how we handle the next offseason. Even resigning TW may not prevent us from using a fairly early pick on one since I highly doubt both TW and Butler are back.
This draft is loaded at the position. Here's who I want in order.

1) Corey Davis. I think this guy could walk into our #2 position and maybe eventually the #1. He's a stud. 6'3 runs good routes, fights for the ball, great hands, fantastic RAC. Maybe a bit TO-like except better hands and less talking.
2 john boss Ross. Blazing speedster that would stretch the D just by lining up. Fast and quick and returns kicks. He's like Desean Jackson except he's a decent human being.
3) mike Williams. He's going to be very good. Big guy star player.
4) Curtis Samuel. Blazer that will mostly play WR but is a threat with the ball everywhere.
5) Cooper Kupp. Love the player but not sure he's what we need. Good size and router runner with great hands but doesn't add a new dimension to the O like Davis or Ross would.
6) Dede Westbrook. Possibly better than his OU predecessor but I read he's a bit of a turd.
7) Travin Dural. Think he could be a steal late. Good size, very talented.

Others...Juju Schuster just not overly impressed. Big guy good player but got shut down against NFL caliber CBs. Travis Benjamin...I honestly don't know what to think about him...could be good, could be a JAG. Fred Ross, haven't really seen him but he knows Dak well.

Davis, ross, and Williams would require trade ups so most likely not realistic options.

Samuel requires a creative offensive coordinator who will move him all over the field

Huge no to Westbrook. No more morons with early pics.

I like really like Dural. Hidden gem like most LSU receivers are. Also played 3 season with Fournette so he developed as a run blocker in an offense centered around a elite RB.

Cooper would match great with this team. A smart top route runner with strong hands and more Quickness then speed. Dak is not a gun slinging QB constantly going deep. A 4.3 burner is not a requirement. A 3rd YAC beast to go along with Dez and Beasley would frustrate so many defensive coordinators.

The main one that you didn't list that I would look at is Isaiah Ford, he could be a nice 2nd day pick up.

I like Durel alot. Be interesting to see where he goes. I think he could be a possibility with our #2

With your point about Cooper, I completely agree. We are a ball control team. 7 to 20 yards is where we make our money in the passing game. Always been that way even with Romo. He went deep more frequently then Prescott but he was still an intermediate QB. Thats why I like Kupp and JuJu. JuJu is in a similar vain to Michael Crabtree. Wont be a real deep ball guy, and his seperation isnt great, but he knows how to beat a defender to get the ball in his hands

To me its Mike Williams and everybody else. Apparently Daniel Jerimiah isnt too impressed with Schuster either. Doesnt have him in his top 50.

Look up Courtland Sutton. A big WR out of SMU. I just recently heard about him. His youtube videos are very impressive.

The guy I'll be looking to do some research on is that kid from Ohio state that just declared, Noah brown. According to most reports I've read, he's coming out too early and that might drop him a bit. He seems to have ability though and people are saying that he could've been a potential 1st Rd pick had he gone back to school and declared for the 2018 draft.

Am I the only 1 who sees the 5'11 190 Ross is listed at is very generous? Wouldn't shock me if he was really 5'9 3/4 and 180. Not saying he can't still succeed, but would anybody really draft DeSean Jackson in the 1st round (with or without the attitude)? If I'm taking a WR in round 1 it's going to be a guy that has the potential to catch 100+ balls every year. Ross, like Jackson, seems more like a 60 catches a year type guy. Don't get me wrong, Ross would be a great addition to the offense, I just wouldn't use a 1st round pick on a guy like him.

Hes a big time sleeper. If he can surprise and run a 4.50, 4.49 or 4.48 Then he may earn a late 1st grade and completely push Ju Ju out the 1st round.

He should have gone back. He has the tools but the team who takes will be betting on his potential not his actual skill.

I have actually been thinking about that. We don't have a big arm gun slinging QB. We need a good route runner and a YAC guy who can turn a 5 yard pass into a 10+yard gain. John Ross would be a much better fit for the Steelers or Falcons.
