After the "big 5" o lineman there seems to be a big discrepancy between who are the best of the 2nd tier o lineman in this draft class.

So order the following guys according to who you want Dallas to draft most not taking in account for where they will be picked or anything else. Just how you see them according to brightest NFL future.

Note: this list is not in any kind of order.

Alvin Bailey
Kyle Long
Travis Frederick
DJ Fluker
Terron Armstead
Barrett Jones
Justin Pugh
Larry Warford
Brian Schwenke
Menelik Watson
Brian Winters

Menelik Watson: Appears very strong and athletic in game footage. Combine was not good. Has the build to also play Guard.
Terron Armstead: Super athlete but risky pick.
Brian Schwenke: Center is a premium position. Excellent scheme fit.
Alvin Bailey: Underrated. Athletic and powerful.
Brian Winters: Good movement skills.
Barrett Jones: Solid player but injured and limited upside.

More valuable to some other teams than the Cowboys:
DJ Fluker: Slow feet for OT. Might be really good at OG.
Travis Frederick: Slow feet. Not a great scheme fit.
Larry Warford: Slow feet. Not a great scheme fit.
Kyle Long: List of character related issues. Overrated talent.
Justin Pugh: Drastically overrated talent. Lacks anchor strength and has very short arms.

This is almost word for word how I see these players. Crazy.

I agree with everything besides Kyle Long, I think the character concerns are overblown. Are there any other concerns aside from the DUI almost 4 years ago? I think he is fairly good fit as a guard in the ZBS where he can use his great foot speed. My only concern would be his height at 6'6 and whether he has enough strength to handle the DT's that are going to be shorter and get leverage under him.

Absolutely agree. Like Watson and Jones.

There, reason I have Schwenke so high is he is more proven and I still remember how bad I felt when Seattle traded up and grabbed Max Unger from us in the 2nd.

You guys are underrating Fluker, imo.

Lots of good choices there and it shows we could get oline help into the 3rd round this year. if so, I hope it is one of these guys in additon to Cooper or Warmack.

:eek::

Talent wise, I would rate Long as a 4th rounder. His foot speed is similar to Schenke and Bailey both of whom play with much better power/leverage.

1. Fluker-he may not be elite but amongst this list he is.
2. Watson- Could be the Ziggy Ansah of Olineman in this draft.
3. Schwenke- dominant at the Senior Bowl against some high quality talent.
4. Frederick- Hails from Oline U, some say he's as good as Zeitler right now.
5. Justin Pugh- I only watched him play one game(WVU) and came away impressed with him in run blocking
6. Larry Warford- Like Schwenke, dominant inside at the Senior Bowl.
7. Terron Armstead- Combine freak but does the competition level stack up?
8. Kyle Long- Not great but got the job done when I watched Oregon. He's a little overhyped with his high 2nd round grade.
9.Barrett Jones- He's a leader, but doesn't really impress. Like to see him without Warmack beside him.
10.Alvin Bailey- Good prospect, bad feet.
11. Brian Winters- 9 reps at the combine is a little scary, I know he improved at his pro day but like Armstead I just have questions about the level of competition in the MAC.

there have been comments that he really blew a couple of interviews at the combine.

I would say:

1. Terron Armstead (Most potential)
2. Justin Pugh (Versatility, and could be a dominating guard)
3. Larry Warford (Probably the safest bet. Could be mauling right guard)
