Easily good enough to win. The problem lay elsewhere. The thing that stay in my head is really how fantastic our D was last night

Dak is good and can sometimes be great, but he wasn't yesterday. Once Pollard went down so did the offense, they should have used Malik more in the run game, have Dak use his legs more, need to get others involved besides CD and Schultz. Dak just didn't make the plays available and it cost us.What can we do in that situation? Bench him? We live and die by Dak, unfortunately.
SF-
Deebo
Kittle
McCaffery
Aiyuk
Mitchell
Philly-
Brown
Smith
Goedert
Sanders
Dallas
Lamb
Gallup
Schultz
Pollard
Zeke
I have it SF, Philly,----> Dallas.
This is a big area we need to get better at if we want to go farther next year. Drafting a Stud RB in the first 3 rounds (not 1st though), Signing a good wr or two in FA and we have to hope Ferguson is the answer at TE.
Looked fine last week and vs Philly.Your list doesn't include QB , which is our biggest need. Until Dak is gone, we have no chance, Look at his eyes in big games . I've never seen anyone paid what he is look so scared !! Dude has a Va J J !
So just so we are all clear...you wouldn't trade 29 year old Dak for 24 year old Herbert?RIght....just like when you guys wanted to trade him for Wentz in a minute and said we were fools for not wanting to do that either.
I like Herbert...but he hasn't won anything. Yet you would be totally fine with him being bounced in the first round bc ....arm. lol
Maybe. So just so we are all clear...you wouldn't trade 29 year old Dak for 24 year old Herbert?
You touched on something else that is hardly being discussed. Where was Davis after Pollard went down? There was zero threat of the run after Tony's injury but Davis has burst and fresh legs. Another mistake by the coaches.Dak is good and can sometimes be great, but he wasn't yesterday. Once Pollard went down so did the offense, they should have used Malik more in the run game, have Dak use his legs more, need to get others involved besides CD and Schultz. Dak just didn't make the plays available and it cost us.
Herbert is a real talent but I don't get the slobber fest over him here. He's not proven he can carry a team to consistent success (yet) and like Dak (and most other QB's) he needs a strong supporting cast around him to win.Maybe.
If salary cap wasn't a consideration perhaps.
Sorry, i would have to study Herbert a lot more before i said yes. He hasn't gotten any better in 3 years....
So you have to studied him but you know he hasn't gotten better. Ok then.Maybe.

Refresh my memory. Has Josh Allen gotten to a conference championship game?Looks like Josh Allen can't win in the playoffs either you guys think he's a scrub?
Rams beat 49ers last year with even worse running totals. How? Stafford threw for 337 yards. We ran into the same defense last year. We also couldn't run the ball then either.
It’s always the other guys suck not Dak all mighty. They were all dancing and gloating last week when they whipped up on the hapless Bucs, this week poor Dak doesn’t have weapons, lol they are just cluelessHere we go....Dak didn't have enough weapons around him. LOL
And Tarte dropping a gimmie pick.Rams beat 49ers last year with even worse running totals. How? Stafford threw for 337 yards.
Nobody runs on the Niners.
hmmmm...ok.The list of QB's in their prime I would take over Dak right now is short. Mahomes, Burrow, and Allen for sure. I would have to be talked into Herbert, Hurts, or anyone else.
Lets throw all Dak's weapons under the bus!Dak deflection: Engaged
