We should definitely run the ball more... every game we've been in was close..and pretty much decided by a touch down or less[except the chargers game, but without that williams mistake we at the very least leave with a sure field goal]

And before someone tells me Run blocking and pass blocking is different lol..I know...we're statistically pretty decent at that as well.

EDIT by request:

Smith 6.1 #21
Free 15.7 #1 (best in league by almost 3 points)
Waters 4.1 #18 (small sample size)
Leary -1.4 #37
Bernie -3.2 #50
Fred 3.6 #7

Do you have the ratings of all our OL?

Sorry man I do not.
In the summary next to our ranking he points out that.. hm i'll just copy and paste it and let you interpret it.. it's pretty frank haha

"
Stud:
To the surprise of everyone, Doug Free (+15.7) has used the offseason uncertainty to motivate himself into a frankly fantastic start to the year. Our top ranked right tackle.

Dud: The play of Mackenzy Bernadeau (-3.2) was always going to be something to watch, and the team looks better with him out of the lineup.

Summary: They made a bold move in bringing in Brian Waters and it appears to be paying off. Of course that wasn’t the only bold move they made, with first-round pick Travis Frederick justifying the faith in him."

I think Doug Free's performance has been nothing short of miraculous compared to how he's been the last two years. It's gonna blow my mind all season if he keeps the pace up.

Thanks for your contribution to the post buddy. Couldn't find the individual numbers.
I'll include them in the original post if you don't mind :D.

if you take ratings like that seriously which I cannot. There is no way that the boys O line is a top 5 or even frankly maybe even a top 10 line AT THIS TIME.

You going to keep dragging this around. OL has looked pretty darn good open your eyes. You are so intent on slamming the OL because you have been doing so for a good while and now that the OL is coming around you are still carrying that torch? Come on. You seem to be taking this to the extrem

They might not be the 3rd best in the league but they're definitely improved. People used to act like we had the worst OL in the league and if we could be even average we would win the Super Bowl. Well, now we're at least average and probably much better than that.

The PFF ratings always have to be taken with a grain of salt, and I think to say that this is the third best offensive line in the league is a bit of a stretch. However, they are night and day compared to last year. My favorite thing is that they have Frederick rated so high. Whether he is actually the seventh best center in the game might be debatable, but its good to get immediate production from your top pick...especially one that was so maligned.

I don't get into someone opinion rankings what I do go by is watching them play. There are areas they need to continue to work on but this is night and day compared to what was seen in recent years. Romo is having time to go through his progressions he is able to allow WR to compete the rout and it is making this offense a lot more scary for defense to contend with. Dallas has the weapons the OL must allow us to use those weapons.

I would keep in mind there is a lot of bad offensive line play out there.

I question the validity of it being a top-3 offensive line, but top-10?

Based on what I've seen throughout the NFL... Yeah, right at the moment it's a top-10 line.
