If you're not going to bring in Reggie Nelson for a visit then just go with what we have already and work on improving the front some more.

Goldson is barely better than Wilcox and Church for the SS spot. Arguably worse. He's the equivalent of Brandon Browner from that amazing Seattle secondary a few years ago -- the absolute worst player benefitting from an outstanding unit around him.

If Ramsey there at 4 I'm all for getting him and adding a vet for depth if needed.

I see what's going on. These guys are so bad that fans will be begging for Ramsey come draft day.

Good in run support, not so good against the pass, takes a lot of dumb penalties. Pass.

It would certainly prove we're in it for the Long Hall.

Ramsey will be picked #1 I think.

I can see that ,Titans think they already have a good LT.It would be a mistake because Mariotta has already had 2 injuries in one season,he wont last long with that kind of punishment.

The scoop from Rotoworld

One of the worst safeties in the league last season, Goldson was cut prior to the start of free agency by the Commanders. Washington is reportedly interested in bringing him back at a cheaper price, but the Cowboys could use some help in the secondary as well. He should be a reserve wherever he lands.

Well, PFF says so.

Once again, Commanders’ teammates make this team at the same position, and it’s no less depressing/scary than before. Goldson is here thanks to equal struggles in coverage and run defense. Coverage-wise, Goldson grades out at 43.4, which is 82nd among 85 safeties in the NFL. He’s missed 12 tackles, including eight against the run, compared to 13 run stops. No safety in football has a lower run defense grade than Goldson’s 29.7

This is the same grade Hayden gets from the DT group. Those grades are actually accurate of what the player does on the field.

3 PBU and 1 int. He is a perfect fit.
Vital is making his mark already.

I hope not. I rather reach for Bosa then Ramsey. And I'm not a Bosa fan either so that says a lot about Ramsey.

Too much like Church, maybe worse overall. Unless they've already made their minds up to release Church, which I doubt, not sure how this helps...
