Dolphins hiring Kellen Moore to replace Flores makes zero sense to me. Letting go of a head coach who had them trending in the right direction, for a coach with no head coaching experience and who still is limited in his playcalling and can't scheme in his offense's best players at all.

Maybe Miami can see that Moore is calling plays that gets WRs open, but Dak is not capable of throwing to to them. I am not a Moore homer, but no OC should be blamed for the terrible execution on game day when successful plays are called, but the players can not successfully execute the play. At some point, these overpaid, underperforming players should be held accountable. MM was run out of Green Bay for his out of date, stale offense. He sure don’t want the play calling duties to bring more heat on his coaching.

This may be true but someone in the room is pushing him hard, whether it's the owner, GM or president, who knows.
