That is what I am thinking. MM gets one more year to get us to the NFC Championship game, if not Payton replaces him.

I doubt Jerry will give up high draft capital to get his rights from NO, so we have to wait until his contract is expired.

That's kind of tricky.......I'm not sure but I think if he resigns, he can not taking another NFL HC job unless the Saints releases him from his contract. In other words, it's my understand his contract/rights with Saints doesn't change with a resignation.

+1 .....Actually if they can get out their cap mess and find a legit QB, they are not that bad. The problem is, it could a while to fix those two problems.
