Not hearing much about the WVU corner. He had 8 picks this past season. Taller, good-sized corner. Has good ball skills. Not the fastest runner (I think he's a mid-4.5 guy). Played a lot in WVU's 3-3-5 defense which didn't generate a ton of pressure so he is used to covering for long periods of time (sounds like a certain NFL team I know).

I think he'd be a great zone corner if we were going that route. In the third or fourth round I think he'll surprise some people.

4th and I'd be happy with Douglas...3rd? Ehh, not so much. Think he's more of a sub-package guy than he is a full time starter on the outside because of his lack of speed and smooth hips. Even if Rod wants to play more zone it can't/won't be all the time. We still need CB's capable of locking down 1 on 1 and I wouldn't want to see Douglas try to do that vs NFL WR's. He certainly has the size to transition to safety, but can't comment on his tackling/physicality.

I would draft him as a safety if I missed out on the top safety prospects early.

I'd rather have Kazee and have him backup at both the slot and FS. Witherspoon or Moreau in the second.
Kazee is one of my pet cats. Guy will be a good player IMO. I'm hoping for him in the 3rd (I think he'd be gone by the 4th).

Yea, I'd grab him in the third as well, but ideally if we can trade down and pick up an extra third in the process.
