This guy has got to be the steal of the last three years. He is just as impressive as Ware. If we get Ferguson back to normal, our D-line is going to be absolutely no joke.

During the draft, they said he never took plays off, and we're seeing it here.

He's a stud. Nother great late round find.

Think we might miss Ireland?

And has HEART. Gets his MCL twisted up, comes back in the game and plays with the same motor as all year! Didn't he get the sack after he came out of the game?!

Gotta love this guys. What a steal. He's our new Leon Lett (without the occassional bonehead play and marijuana hit IIRC).

Love Ratliff. Real interesting to see what we do when Ferguson is healthy (do we keep him and Tank?).

Tank is getting acclimated too. He's making a play here and there, and hustling. I like Tanks effort so far.

If we move Ratliff back to DE wow, nice depth and talent across the board!

We started the season with the mantra being a lack of depth at NT. Now we've got Ferguson, Ratliff, and Tank.

I would like to see Ratliff back at DE, he would dominate. Send Spears to Miami with Parcells for picks or something.

And Tank has played very well the past two games. (Spears as well).

If they can stay healthy, this could be a pretty stocked D-Line that could have a starting rotation of:

DE: Canty
NG: Johnson/Ferguson
DE: Ratliff

And then have Spears, Bowen, and Hatcher backing up.

They'll move him to end next year and keep Tank and Fergie in the middle.

And that will be a very good thing, he will outplay Spears (more).

With Ratliff and Tank, we have a very solid nose tackle tandem right now. I wonder if we even bring back the agin Ferguson next year?

I think we would miss Ireland, but I'm nowhere convinced that he'll go to Miami. Especially since it seemed that he and Parcells had an at times tenuous relationship.

Does Ratliff start at DE next year? I know that's the common thought now.

But Ratliff has performed well at NT this year. And we can do some things with him that we can't do with other NTs (like when he dropped off into coverage on a zone blitz).

If Hatcher can develop some more, or Spears finally gets the light turned on (hey, it did take Ty Warren 4 years to break out for N.E.)....Ratliff could stay put at NT.

I'm not overly worried either.

I think Ireland has more influence here than he will under BP and he knows it, despite Jerry.

I think Ireland would be smart to see what happens in Kansas City with Carl Peterson before he becomes Parcells caddy.

From what I've heard, they butted heads on draft picks...besides the Jacob Rogers ordeal. Also, Ireland wasn't afraid to talk to the press..something Tuna loathes.

For a Poor Skinny Nose tackle he has been playing extremely well. Maybe Dallas will even feed him up from his 290/305 size to something more imposing.

I am not sure if anyone on the D-side has impressed me more than D-Ware. But Ratliff has done a very impressive job.
