Because he’s won a championship and his total record .I saw a post on this sight not long ago rating the leagues head coaches. Harbaugh was like 5th. Then I just saw watching the HOF game he's 40-40 the last 5 seasons. Why is that guy still employed?

They were one play away from making playoffs last year as Bengals knocked them out in waning seconds sending Bills to playoffs. He won't be if the Ravens don't do something this year. A lot of rumblings going around on the Baltimore stations.
I think he's in a "win or else" season. If he doesn't get that team to the playoffs, I think this is it for him.
But winning a Super Bowl buys you some patience.
Flacco has supposedly looked awesome this TC so far. I agree, but if Flacco falls apart, and I've always been a fan of his......dude can throw a mile and can move for a big dude, than he should try LaMar Jackson if ready. Why not if he's going to get fired anyway?
6 playoff seasons in 10 years
15-10 record in playoffs
3 AFC Championship games
1 SB Championship
What we’d give for that.
I've never been big on Flacco. I'll give him that awesome Super Bowl season, but it looks to me like he's coasted since.
He was a pretty good QB before then but since the SB he has sucked.I've never been big on Flacco. I'll give him that awesome Super Bowl season, but it looks to me like he's coasted since.
Lucky us.And just think, they originally wanted garret for the ravens head coach. Jason chose to wait it out in Dallas, if I remember correctly.

If I recall correctly Flacco won 5 consecutive playoff games on the road which set or tied a NFL Record.
I see him as more than a bus driver.
