I saw a post on this sight not long ago rating the leagues head coaches. Harbaugh was like 5th. Then I just saw watching the HOF game he's 40-40 the last 5 seasons. Why is that guy still employed?

Because he’s won a championship and his total record .

I think he's in a "win or else" season. If he doesn't get that team to the playoffs, I think this is it for him.

But winning a Super Bowl buys you some patience.

He won't be if the Ravens don't do something this year. A lot of rumblings going around on the Baltimore stations.
They were one play away from making playoffs last year as Bengals knocked them out in waning seconds sending Bills to playoffs.

Flacco has supposedly looked awesome this TC so far. I agree, but if Flacco falls apart, and I've always been a fan of his......dude can throw a mile and can move for a big dude, than he should try LaMar Jackson if ready. Why not if he's going to get fired anyway?

I've never been big on Flacco. I'll give him that awesome Super Bowl season, but it looks to me like he's coasted since.

And just think, they originally wanted garret for the ravens head coach. Jason chose to wait it out in Dallas, if I remember correctly.

It does. But who's he had at WR? And how many OC's? If Haurbagh gets canned it's because his offenses have sucked.

He was a pretty good QB before then but since the SB he has sucked.

Look at his supporting cast in the Super Bowl and compare it to the guys he's played with since then. He didn't just forget how to play.

If I recall correctly Flacco won 5 consecutive playoff games on the road which set or tied a NFL Record.

I see him as more than a bus driver.

Ravens Super Bowl run:

282 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs
331 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs
240 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs
287 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs

The myth is their defense won that Super Bowl. They averaged 31 points per game in the playoffs.
