Darren Sanders’ attorney calls sex offense allegations “totally fabricated”
Posted by Curtis Crabtree on December 31, 2014, 12:17 AM EST
Andrew Alperstein, the attorney for Baltimore Ravens head of security Darren I. Sanders, called charges of a fourth-degree sex offenseagainst his client “totally fabricated, made up.”

According to Justin Fenton of the Baltimore Sun, Alperstein was reached for comment late Tuesday night regarding the allegations against Sanders.

It does a disservice to real victims when people make things up like this,” Alperstein said. “People like [Sanders] are susceptible to made-up allegations. It puts you in a vulnerable position.”

What exactly is 4th degree offence? Just a little more of a physical flirtation? A sexual proposal? I didn't know that there was a 4th degree..........

It's a misdemeanor, but I don't know what it involves.

It's a misdemeanor, but I don't know what it involves.

It can be anything, I think some states lewd and unwanted comments to a woman can be considered sexual assault, grabbing or touching a person's intimate area. I doubt it is sex with a 14 or 15 year old and being 4 years older.

Per twitter, it seems he's accused of asking a woman to grab his private parts.
