Being in the Baltimore/Washington area, I listen to Ravens radio sometimes on the drive home. Often they have plenty of Ravens players on a local radio show. Numerous players mentioned after the PITT/Ravens game that H. Ward has a rep around the league (with the players) as a cheap shot artist. Many of them not only seemed to dislike Ward, but they came across as pretty disgusted with him. Almost all players who mentioned him said he usually only delivers big shots when the defensive player is not looking, such as hitting them from behind in the back, knees, etc.

C. McAlister, F. Washington and T. Suggs were just some of the guys that brought this topic up. They all felt that it is beyond ridiculous that Hines Ward has not been fined for his actions. They don't understand why defensive players get fined for shots on defenseless players, but the same doesn't apply to offensive players hitting defensive players from behind or in a defensless position.

Thoughts????
