He's usually pretty good. He just sounded uncomfortable going after people who had stood by him when he was in trouble.

I didn't understand what point he was trying to make. His monologue was confusing. It was comical that he spoke of cover ups, but I don't know he meant in relation to the Ray Rice incident. I've both listened to and read his speech and still fail to see a clear point.
