I think Sherman has a good disposition for a HC or OC, I'm not sure how much of a schemer he is though.

Shanahan is not coming. besides I do not want another old retread coach, that either took 15 yrs to win one SB, or they won one 10 or 20 yrs ago, or keep a coach that has been coaching for 30yrs and is till trying to win one.
