I've liked him for a while. Posted about him previously, too. My only complaint is that I'd like to see him play with just a tad more fire. Mayock and Davis couldn't stop raving about him at the Senior Bowl:

He's been overlooked a good bit. Seems to have a decent head on his shoulders, too. Only thing that bothers me is he looks like he's running on prosthetic limbs. That makes him fast and agile, but possibly prone to injury. I think he's going to be a real weapon for whatever team drafts him and finds roles that fit him. Would love to see Dallas steal him away in the 3rd-5th.

No offence, but that chart tells me squat. Jeremy Hill, Le'Veon Bell and Lesean McCoy are all doing pretty well thank you.
Johnson would be a good part of a rotation, but if you're looking for a feature back I just don't see enough physicality, wiggle and vision to be a lead dog. Overall I wouldn't be opposed in round four, but hoping the team lands someone earlier.

I have him as a 5th rounder strictly as a RB.

I think he could play WR. Obviously, he doesn't run routes that well because RBs are not really coached to run complicated routes.

If he lost a couple of pounds he should be able to do it. He is a terrific pass catcher.

I know he is bigger, much bigger, but do you think he could make a living as a Sproles type of guy? Obviously he would have to be in the right situation/offense. Maybe in a spread where he can run a lot of swings, HB screen and some WR screens?

One of the most explosive RBs we have seen in recent drafts:

This chart just goes to show that measurables don't really mean squat towards how well one plays football (at least for rb). Jeremy Hill is one of the better rbs in the league and he's last on the list. Le'Veon Bell is also exceptional- 7th from the bottom. Jamaal Charles may be THE most explosive player in the league and he's basically dead center on the list. Interesting.

He could have success used as a situational player. I don't know how many snaps per game that would be.

He strikes me as a guy that doesn't need to be fed to get going, like many bigger runners. He seems to start hot. I think he could be a great fit for a team that is dedicated to a running back by committee approach like the Saints. I don't know where you value someone like that though unless you view him as the last missing piece.
