-Son of former Oakland Raiders All-Pro DB George Atkinson.

-Underrated speed back who had some troubles at Notre Dame last year. Tall, lean RB at 6'2" 220 lbs. Could be a great value pick though later in the draft. Good kick returner too.

I was surprised he decided to come out this year. He was pretty unimpressive this year. I wouldn't touch him before the late 5th round.

IMO, he came out this year because I didn't see him getting much PT next year...the Irish are loaded at RB....
