RB James Conner - Pitt

I really like this player. I think he would be a perfect compliment to Zeke. He is a big back, like 6'2 240. He runs with power and purpose. He is a scrapper, a fighter, and runs with great pasdion and determination.

He almost had football taken away by cancer, but he fought and slayed that great beast. Then he returned to the field and had a very good senior year. IMO, he will only get better, the farther removed from the illness. His strength and stamina will be much better.

He is proje ted as a 3rd day pick, right now a 5th rounder. If we can find a way to add an extra pick, I take him. We can have a one-two punch, bash and smash.....just punishing defenses all game long.

Really good football player but an even better person. He went to the same highschool as myself so I was lucky enough to see most of his games. If you're a fan now, you'll be an even bigger one if you heard of all that he does for the people in his hometown. He's one hell of a role model even to a guy almost twice his age...me!

I don't care what the depth chart looks like, I could find a role on this team for a guy like him. That's the kind of guy you want around your locker room. I hope for nothing but good things for that kid. He certainly deserves it.

As a change of pace/relieve Elliott - I can see it. Never thought we would have to draft another back - but .... have not seen any projections for him, but yes, he would be a welcome addition.

Nope It was part of the Matt Cassel trade. Wouldn't mind a trade up for him if he slips into the 6th round though.

But yes, give me WR Cooper Kupp and RB James Conner to add depth, leadership, work ethic, and strong character to this team, the way Zeke, Dak, and Brown have from the 2016 draft.

You can always trade up into the 5th. Wouldn't surprise me of James Conner falls to the 6th though. Trade up to the top of the 6th to make sure you get him.
