It could be a mistake, Dillard's is that huge store you walk through to get into the mall proper,maybe he forgot to pay.

seems like a really stupid thing to do. gotta think there is more to the story. just too crazy to steal something that cheap when you make very good money. that said i don't know about the williams time. that would mean a roster move to activate williams and unless you are advocating cutting randle that may not be an easy thing. now if he is suspended it could be done but thats months down the road before the legal system works it's way thru
