Who are your favorite draftable running backs this year. List your top 3.

Mine are:

  • Bijan Robinson (would likely require a trade up in the 1st round)
  • Devon Achane (2nd round)
  • Sean Tucker (3rd round)

Robinson reminds me of players like Thurman Thomas, Emmitt Smith, Marshall Faulk and LaDanian Tomlinson.

Achane reminds of Tony Dorsett and Chris Johnson.

Tucker reminds me of players like Joe Morris, Darren Sproles and Maurice Jones-Drew.

Dont want a first round back at all so I will go with:

Charbonnet
Kendra Miller
Isreal Ibanakanda

Achane is a hard one to figure out. He'd explode in some games and look pedestrian in others. Of course it didn't help that A&Ms oline was butt.
Very much an outside runner. Not a between the tackles guy and will have problems holding up.

1st round Bijan, Gibbs
2nd round Charbonnet
3rd round Miller, the Pitt RB.
4th round Roshon Johnson

Gibbs in small trade down
Honestly I’m so high on Gibbs I wouldn’t be upset at 26….esp with the eagles looming with another pick after us…
Be nice to trade down and get Gibbs and use the extra pick to trade up in 2 and grab Avila.

Izzy
Miller
Roschon

My favorite options of whoever falls to round 3 or later.

If I'm Dallas, my top 5 guys are

Bijan
Izzy
Charbonnet
Gibbs
Bigsby

It's a slant towards inside bangers, but that's what the Cowboys need. Partly because of Pollard, but mostly because those are the guys who've been succeeding in Dallas for almost 20 years at this point. We never get cute and creatively use a Felix Jones to his potential. We gut-run it 20 times with a Murray or Barber.

Re Achane: he's a certified baller, but his size is going to limit him so much. I don't think you can give him more than a dozen touches a game, and what's that worth at a position where players are already so interchangeable?

I like Achane better than Gibbs
Isnt Gibbs' appeal his pass-catching abilities....in a 21 personnel we go either-or RB into the slot. Id imagine that would be a decent way of keeping that pesky 9ers secondary honest.
