The best unanswered question I have heard about the coaching vacancies is ""how many of the candidates are minorities?"

We can talk about whose hot and whose not and Bill Cowher this that and the other. But will minority coaching interviews be an issue or not and who will be the minority coaching candidates? The usual band of suspects in the NFL or someone from the college ranks.

IMO the requirement is nonsensical. Why should an owner be mandated to interview a particular segment of the coaching fraternity before making his decision?
