Defense sucks, no running game, Jermicheal Finley stinks and they don't mind letting him go in Free agency. Aaron Rodgers, and Raji shouldn't be making commercials, peprah can't tackle, and of course the team was overconfident. Remember the team is one year removed from being super bowl champs.

This is biter-sweet.......I was so tired of hearing about Rodgers and the Pac, but the Giants winning sucks.

Let's go 9ers!!!!!

They're just "keeping it real."

I know all fans do this after a loss, but u can't sit here and tell me that Dallas fans are the same.

Ala Tony Romo.......I've never seen a great QB hated by his own fans like this before.

Packer fans are just like any other teams fans. Losing sucks.

I will say that I rubbed it in with pics on facebook and had several packer friends get really mad, and 3 dropped me as their friend. I think they take the game a little more serious than us.

For a time this season, the Packers were clearly the best team in football.

But the season is too long for a team to maintain such a high level of excellence throughout. The Packers peaked too soon.

Last year they got red hot at the right time.

Now see! LOL! I knew you had it in you. Yea, losing sucks especially with the run the team had but the team is the second youngest in the league and probably will be again next year.

That defense tho. Whew! It blew chunks all year but the offense bailed them out. Not yesterday. Ted has his work cut out for him. Hopefully he can get a safety and a LB to take some pressure off of Matthews. If that happens the Packers will be in the playoffs again next year and hopefully will do better. But all other teams will be getting better too so who knows. I don't see the offense getting worse but there will be some changes. I don't know if Clifton or Driver will be back. Packers need a RB in the worse way. I still love Rodgers and have to say he was off the mark yesterday worse than any game in the past couple of years. And credit that to what the Giants were doing but he does not miss open receivers like he kept doing yesterday.

I think it goes to show that there are holes in a pass-heavy team and that in reality throwing it more than 55% of the time is very risky in more ways than people think, in particular in preserving your defense. I think this is the flaw in these teams. And I think what happens is that if you have a good/great QB, it works well in the regular season and that fools coaches.

Hopefully, Garrett has looked long and hard at how the Niners approached things this year.

Those fans up in the frozen tundra live and breath the Packers. They were booing them in the 4th Q and some fans were sending Jermichael Finley's wife hate tweets after she posted something about the game last night.

My nephew, who is a Pack fan, posted on FB last night, "I feel like I just watched the Cowboys". :laugh2: That kid's hate for the Cowboys runs deep.

I was surprised the Pack got beat like that. Good thing I don't bet on sports.

From Adam Schefter on Twitter:
"Packers become the first team in NFL history to lose their first playoff game after winning 15 or more games in the regular season."

exactly

this is after they won the SB last year

imagine how "real" they would "keep it" if they had won one play off game in 17 years and had the (it all good "I am proud of the giants") ego of jerry to contend with on top of it
;)

Everytime a packers fan says anything ... just say the following ... #DiscountDoubleChoke ... quiets them right up.

Props, FloridaRob, for posting the day after a big loss. You're a good poster in general, and it's nice to have you around CZ.

DiscountDoubleChoke :laugh2: . I'll use that one, for sure.

The Packers should have went with Allstate instead. It protects against mayhem like losing a home playoff game.

You mean there are fans of all teams who have no concept of football and the fact that other teams get paid to play and win too?

Wow. I'm shocked.

I hope this proves that all O and no D is not the way to go...

I have to say this cracked me up. And very apropos.

Packer fans need to chill out. Obviously they need to make some upgrades on defense, but again it's damn near impossible to win back to back championships in the NFL. There's a reason only one team has done it in the last decade. This loss doesn't change my view of Aaron Rodgers at all. He's still clearly the best QB in the NFL. I still feel he had the greatest season ever for a QB. I still feel he will go down as the greatest of all time when it's all said and done. Not his fault his recievers couldn't catch the ball. Bottomline for them upgrade the defense and they'll have a great shot at winning it all next season.
