What changes would you like to see? I want to see the whole defensive coaching staff replaced, and Callahan.

Hope to stay in the 4-3. Would love seeing Leslie Frazier as the defensive coordinator. Hope we bring on a new offensive coach to help with game planning, play calling, and game management.

As far as priority with players:
3 Tech,
1 Tech,
At least (1) DE,
Weak LB,
Offensive G,
Playmaking Safety,
Corner,
WR,
Backup Middle LB,
Punter

Don't get me wrong the corner play was bad this year, but I'd like to see as much help brought in for the front seven and HOPEFULLY they find a DC who can implement a scheme that suits these corners abilities.

I completely agree. That is why I put corner down the list. Not a HUGE need. But could use someone that is reliable besides Scandrick. I would say corner depth. Don't need a starter. Notice last night when we actually got pressure on the QB, the corners didn't seem bad at all.

If the list is in terms of need I think playmaking safety could be up near the top.

Or at least a couple slots higher.

But your list seems to be spot on. IMO.

1. have the corners play physical man coverage. opposing receivers have too much space to work with against our secondary, and quarterbacks complete too many quick passes.

2. run the ball more... especially when it's working, and especially when we have the lead.

3. call more plays that give our receivers opportunities to catch the ball in space.

4. draft or sign a good defensive tackle.

5. draft or sign a good outside linebacker.

6. draft or sign a safety who can cover. we have 3 safeties who can hit but can't cover.

Realistically they need to add premium players at:

Guard (zero depth)
DT1-tech
DT3-tech
SDE
WDE (cut Ware)

Then:
They need to get 1 of Wilcox, Heath or Matt Johnson to step up at Safety.
They need to add a developmental BIG CB.
They need to add a developmental WR.
Durant was good at MLB. He looks like a good option to be Lee's backup.
Holloman will challenge Carter at WLB in training camp.

I think Holloman has a great shot at beating Carter out. His instincts are there and he's constantly moving. I can live with some of those rookie mistakes. Between the two, Holloman doesn't look as lost at the snap of the ball.

What I would do:

Restructure Ware.
Trade Carter.
Cut Miles.
Restructure the players that will restructure essentially the core group.

Don't touch CB. Carr, Claiborne healthy, Oscan and Sterling Moore are solid.
Sign or draft a ballhawk safety.
Draft a FB and sign the best FB we have available through FA.

What people don't realize is that the few mil tossed at a top tier FB helps AMAZINGLY.
More TOP + grind out wins + etc. Nobrainer.
Add a LB in replace of carter. Draft a backup to Lee.
Let Holloman play.

All available resources are put into the D-Line if we can keep waters one more year.

I would say the only offensive pick should be a guard.

Boom. 12-4 season.

Yes, they have options at LB. They should be able to field a decent set of LBs between Lee, Wilber, Holloman, Carter and Durant.

The probably can't do much about the CB position going into 2014, however, it's hard to feel good about this group of CBs who played a big part in the team giving up the most passing yards in club history.

True, but I am hoping that it was due to scheme and lack of a pass rush. I would give the group another go with a semi decent passrush before I call the judgement hammer upon them. I would also cut Webb.

Think Dallas found their backup MLBer in Hollomon
