The Miami Dolphins are in desperate need for OL help and if we get wiped out (Donald, Barr) we could move down 4 spots and ask for Deion Jordan and a 5th or something.. In my opinion Jordan is a better prospect than Barr so it would be a steal.

Have you studied any of Jordon's game footage with the Dolphins?

I'm curious to know how he looked. I'm surprised that he couldn't at least be a good nickel pass rushing specialist.

I did a few weeks ago. He is so much better playing as a SLB or 3-4 OLB than DE. His athleticism can be unreal at times. Here's him running down the field against Gronk:

He is still very raw as a pass-rusher, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have talent. When he can pin his ears back and go, he has some special bend and uses his length well:

Dion Jordan was very raw coming out of Oregon. I'm curious to see what he looks like 3-4 years from now. I tend to be more patient on guys like him than most.

My theory is that Miami will only trade him is they get a lot in return. New GMs like to make a splash with "their" picks and trading Jordon would allow their new GM to have more picks.

Correct. Miami would only trade him for a first. The idea that they would've gave him away for peanuts was absurd.
