Mens, Womens, cubicle dwellers, jail intake officers and car leasers:

It was just last week when Callahan, our savior, decided to pass on almost ever play to the detriment of our running game. Last night, Romo, our savior, attempted 24 passes. That, mein great unwashed, averages to 6 passes each quarter.

Can you decide on a game plan and stick to it?

I understand that different defenses half different defensive strategies that require different points of offensive attacks. But to go from a dearth of passing to a dearth of running is too much.

Step down, Mr. Callahan. Your servitude is no longer needed. Or wanted.
You half proven to be an noninventive personage who keeps us guess what kind of offensive team will be playing from weak to weak.

OK, you Callahan defenders. You can get all over me like oil roughnecks over a boloney sandwich but still you half to know that this type of jackel and hide offense never works. Find a strength, stick to it and mix it up a little to keep the defenses wondering. That is the convictional wisdom and it usually works.

Not your turkey lurkie jerkie offensive gameplan.

We keep hiring retreads whom other teams have given up on. Yet, they're either so desperate for a job they'll let Jerry be Jerry or they can be controlled by Jerry Jones, the true coach, and that's all the qualifications they need.

Running and balance are utterly ineffective if your not keeping the DEFENSE OFF-BALANCE... If the DBs know your running, they are coming to the line to help. If they can't tell what your doing, than you can catch them off guard. We don't use play-action...

Im still amazed at the way our offensive geniuses tried to approach the game last night. This team is built to pass the ball, but yet we come out running like we're a power football team. This team does not benefit from running the ball on 1st and 2nd and leaving us with 3rd and 4. The offensive line/system is too inscosistent to give us one passing attempt no matter the distance. I also noticed on a couple 3rd downs that we a package that included Escobar instead of Harris/Beasley on the field. Probably two of our best chain movers on sideline for a guy that hasnt really seen the field all year. That our way of getting "creative".

But they are always heralded as "great coaches" who have "got it done everywhere they have been".

Then they show up in this toxic environment and look like complete dunces.

It was not hard to see why they did that. They just saw the struggles the Saints had stopping the run and thought that was a way to attack them.

But you cannot switch gears like that from game to game with the personnel we have on offense and the myopic coaching staff running things.

I understand, but you should only take that approach if you feel your defense can hold the Saints to around 20-30 points. I dont think anybody on the staff thought we could do that, therefore we should have been in air attack mode. Im not saying completely abandon the run, we just went way overboard with it last night for this team is built.

Someone has to specifically point out to me when the running game held back this offense last night? It baffling to hear people say something is wrong with 3rd and 4!! The running game and ST got Dallas a 10-7 advantage. Not until Dallas went pass crazy and had two straight 3 and outs (5passes, 1run) was the game put outta reach. This team is not built for passing period, you've been sold a ponzi scheme. We don't possess the passing effectiveness like NO to lean on that crutch that this team is better suited to pass us to wins CONSISTENTLY!

When you can point out to me how a team that passes 65% of the time is running too much is solid math, I'll subscribe to that THEORY!
