Lol do you know your posting in a discussion about WRs? We are talking about #1 WRs here if you want to talk about offensive weapons we can jump to a different discussion.

Yeah but why would the pats trade away a #1 WR their so important to team success!!

Gronk is a hall of famer, Julian Edelman is better than anybody on the cowboys roster. So was brandin cooks last year.

Alshon Jeffrey and Nelson Agholor and Zach ertz are better than any of the cowboys receivers or TE.

So your examples sucked.

Alshon Jeffrey, Agholor, Ertz all split catches greatly. None are dominant themselves.

WRs are overrated. Show me the last super star WR to win a super bowl. You can get by with middling to good WRs. Brady's first 3 Super Bowls came with nobodies.

Tony Romo played with T.O. for a few seasons.

Tom Brady's first 3 Super Bowl wins came with nobodies at the WR position. Why leave that out?

Ward was a superstar in only Pittsburgh and known as a dirty player elsewhere. He's a "hall of very good", not a superstar.

And Steelers won with very little passing in their first Super Bowl and because their D was dominant. They won their second Super Bowl with a one year wonder Holmes.

I’d counter that we have enough at WR to win 10 or 11 games and they should be able to get it done

No they aren’t AB... Hopkins etc... but they can run routes and have their own wrinkle they bring to a team built around RUNNING the football not air raid style

Julian Edelman had 1,106 receiving yards during 2016 when Pats won SB.
Demaryius Thomas had 1,304 receiving yards during 2015 when Broncos won SB.

I would counter that our receivers are trash.

The only receiver we have that starts on another team is Beasly and that’s as a niche slot WR.
