We have all posted on every conceivable way about what is wrong with Cowboys. JJ is far and away the number one culprit. Yet, we all know nothing will change. Enjoy the wins, but realize nothing changes the outcome of the season. Dak will be in the booth just like Romo soon enough.

On a side note, get yourself some awesome "gear". You, too, can pretend to be on a crappy team. Impress the neighbor, while wearing your "gear", throwing the ball up in the air and catching it while making sounds like a crowd roaring. Don't let the other neighbors get all the fanfare while you are staring out of your window, wishing you could be the guy pretending to be a Cowboy player in your front yard. Do it today, don't delay, get your "gear" today. "suit up, Cowboys" lmao...tards............." look it's got my name on it, I'm a player now"

They never tried to rebuild, after Michael Irvin went down and Troy Airman was on his last leg they doubled down and traded 2 first rounds for Joey Galloway which lead them to the Dave Campo Era.

Parcells tried to do a soft rebuild but Jerry got in his way but left a solid foundation with a decent defensive unit and Tony Romo. Jerry decided that Jason Garrett without a coaching/coordinator background was the right man to coach an inexperience young QB with an aging OL.
Blew a bunch of picks that never pan out, wasted picks on a 3rd down back and the Roy Williams trade.

Rebuilt the OL, later Dak/Zeke were drafted but had no defense. Switched coaches twice and now we are here.

As long as Jerry is signing the contracts and paying the players, at the end of the day, yes, this creation is all Jerry and nothing but Jerry. He has the final say in everything.....

This is pretty much been Jerry's organizational plans for the last 30 years

Bringing the history! I remember hearing about the Galloway trade on Sportscenter and my first reaction was "***!!"

Bottom line, it’s a tough pill to swallow. Not much hope in that, just rinse repeat.

I don't agree that it's been 30 years of rebuilding. They've had years that they could have, and should have won. Those weren't rebuilding years, they just lost bad games or didn't have the luck that other teams did. Only one team can win at all, there's always 31 losers.

A sucker is born everyday.

This front office is not serious about winning. Their scouting department needs a major overhaul.

And we’ve posted that Jerry’s been the problem

You’re pretending that they lost an NFCCG or lost in a SB…. They’ve not made it past the WC game but only a couple of times and got eliminated. So not even close. So don’t agree how they should have won.

The funniest thing to me is when Jerry talked to Stan Kroenke and told him he could never do what he did- (go all in to win Super Bowl)- that told me all I need to know about this man as a GM and Owner. He’s content with “the show” each year.

Yep this is about owning a football team and running it with his kids. Outside of that winning and losing football games isn’t all that important.

7 good seasons out of the last 29. What more do you people want? That's plenty!!

The Eagles have rebuilt the team 4x in the last 20 years or so. Pretty sad.
