There was nowhere for Dak to throw the ball.
I don’t disagree but when he does have a shot, Dak needs to connect. That pass in the first half to the TE was a big miss. Hell, even that missed pass to Gallup was big. He might still be running if he makes that easy throw. There was no where for Dak to throw the ball.
....Rookies still learning to get separation, that was main culprit. Whoever is Receivers coach...needs to go. You could see Dak set up and looking, keep looking.....and keep looking.... sigh. There was no where for Dak to throw the ball.

The scheme is terrible.
You need an all pro at every position to make t work. Which is then not a scheme at all.
Because Aikman said so? Maybe most of the time, but there were plays to be made if Dak releases sooner (or could throw further). He needs a bigger cushion before he feels comfortable.

.....yeah, OL went downhill towards the end. Better fix it while its still early. No one could get open in this scheme. Run 20 yards straight ahead and turn around. Meanwhile Dak is already running for his life. The OL is trash as well.
When they did get open Dak was throwing 20 yards away from them! There was nowhere for Dak to throw the ball.
If they are bad, the playbook is bad......the offensive line is bad.......it's up to Dak to run the routes, catch the ball and block for himself too..Yes they are bad but just STOP giving Dak a pass. Homers make me want to puke.
