One thing I hope about this weekend's game. Lets go pedal to the metal all the way. Go out like you want to score 50. Forget an artificial attempt at balance. If balance happens the right way, because the running game is effective, then so be it. But whatever works, stay with it, and ATTACK the San Diego Chargers. FOR ONCE, lets play like a desperate football team.

I want to see an attacking defense too, but you know what, I would approach this game like San Diego will score points, because I believe they will.

Attack, attack, attack. That is the recipe for Sunday, in my humble opinion.

One example: Alabama vs. Florida.... usually defers when winning the coin toss... this past weekend, took the ball and PUNCHED them in the mouth.

That is what Dallas needs to do.

Much like the Cowboys, the Chargers seem to win or lose with the play of their QB, so doing all they can to harrass and beat up Rivers will go a long way towards winning this game.

But even that might not be enough.

Rivers is the kind of guy who can take a punch in the mouth and punch you right back. The Cowboys cannot, repeat CANNOT, let Rivers take control of the game.

Dallas' defense is normally a pretty good run stuffing unit, so I'm not really worried about LT. I'm also not that concerned about our offense's ability to score on the Chargers.

Nah, what concerns me is Rivers. Make him have a bad day, and I guarantee the Cowboys win.

That was awesome to watch. Florida did not know what hit them. Alabam went right after them with the pass and then the run. It was beautiful to watch.

This game is the season in my opinion. If Romo has to throw the ball till his arm falls off, then do it.

Screw this running game, 2 yard a carry against the Giants is just embarrassing. The only way we win games is for Romo to throw the ball downfield.

There is no "next week" for this team, San Diego is the season and we for once have to play like the desperate team.

We'll have to air it out to keep up with SD's offense IMO. We may get to Rivers here and there, but they're still going to come back firing the ball, AND DEEP, and are sure to move the ball on us. I can see this game being won in the 30s with over 800 yds of combined total offense.
