Just checked the Cowboys roster and Rector is indeed listed on our PS. It's certainly up to date cause Truillo (just cut few days ago) no longer listed on it. Surprised he moved back to PS but Hurd/Austin still on the team.
Maybe it's because Hurd has made himself a good ST player and also has caught at least 4 passes. Don't think Austin has made any catches but he also has been used last 2 weeks to run back punts. Also apparently there little concern Rector would be grabbed by other teams, whereas Parcells probably justifiable feels Hurd and Austin would definitely be grabbed. I think he really likes both of their potential -- particularly Austin whose got the size & speed NFL teams love but he does need development.
