Ref spotting the ball

I wondered about that. I thought everyone said the dude 20 yards back had to touch the ball.
 
You have to wonder why that ref was even in our game. Didn't seem like he had to qualifications to be there.

No one is saying that’s why they lost.

Why can’t anyone admit the refs screwed up without thinking it means we’d have won otherwise. Even if by some miracle we scored,. Greg would have 100% missed the XP. Of that I have no doubt!
 
yup i noticed that too, i also saw it in some videos where people were saying this is what we tried to do
 
Hey I know they lost prior to that drive so chill out lol. I'm noticing who has the fastest 25 yd sprint among refs lol

It was 100% on the cowboys. Watch the play again. Dak/Biadasz tried to spot the ball themselves rather than get it right to the ref. They tried to spike it a full 2 yards ahead of where the ball should have been spotted.

So why give so much of a **** about it. Let's say the ref screwed up on that play. Ok. Now what.

Never let the game come down to the refs. We were terrible all game. We deserve every inch of that L. Period.

Ref was 20 yards back. That's not normal. But I don't really care about that play. It was a brain dead call. And they lost the game because they played like total garbage.

100% agree. Did you read the post? I don't care about that play. They lost because they deserved to lose. They earned it fair and square. Mistakes at every level. Throughout the game.

It's like a traffic cop, sometimes you speed and get away with it, sometimes you get caught. Cowboys got caught spotting the ball 2 yards further than where it should be spotted at. And some people here think that the refs should be speedy and run for the cowboy's benefit. Why should the refs have to hurry because you got shady or made a mistake?...
