Jerry has not changed his spots, and will not. You can go back to his comment "500 coaches could coach this team". He believes in loyalty (see garrett, lacewell). He also believes in his perception of his own football abilities. Therefore there will be no coach changes based on whether or not a coach has failed. How could a decision of his to hire someone possible be a failure? After all, all possible sources were consulted before JJ made the "decision". Recall Bill's comment that JJ listens but just to the wrong people (see lacewell).Coach (insert name) just has not yet had enough time.

We may yet reach a SB though, JJ notwithstanding ...

I think the only coach he may let go is Callahan, because it's apparently Garrett's last year and JG would want to call plays. The problem is, he's risking Romo's health cause the clown can't stop a blitz.

Wade?

And to a lesser extent, Ryan?

this team with its cast of characters is not reaching the SB

we could have had an outside shot at that "inspite of" jerry but the current HC is just as big a doofus and just as incompetent

getting to the SB "inspite of" your HC and GM is near impossible

not happening while both these idiots are around

What are our chances of reaching a Super Bowl if Jerry Jones ignored his liver spots and changed his stripes instead?
