He also believes in his perception of his own football abilities. Therefore there will be no coach changes based on whether or not a coach has failed. How could a decision of his to hire someone possible be a failure? After all, all possible sources were consulted before JJ made the "decision". Recall Bill's comment that JJ listens but just to the wrong people (see lacewell).Coach (insert name) just has not yet had enough time.

We may yet reach a SB though, JJ notwithstanding ...

I think the only coach he may let go is Callahan, because it's apparently Garrett's last year and JG would want to call plays. The problem is, he's risking Romo's health cause the clown can't stop a blitz.
