he was heavily on the Pats radar, I believe he visited with them twice, which may explain why we took him earlier than expected

and he's a better prospect than Duke Robinson believe it or not

Yep, Brewster has the fight and heart and work ethic that Robinson lacks, at basically the same size.

Exactly. We took him where he was expected to go.

You might want to check around a little on that!

Stop playing with your magic 8 ball, and projecting a guy who hasn't played a snap in the NFL as a safety as a future Pro Bowler.

If the pats did it its brilliant, if we did it its a reach.

I wouldn't call it brilliant but I have more confidence that they could coach him up and make him a player more than Dallas will be able to do. Every time we take an OL they turn into turds.

I'm usually right. We just drafted another James Marten project.

you're crazy SLATE, he's not Free or Marten, he's actually a strong guy who gets after people, those 2 are technicians

I guarantee you Marten was one of those guys Houck could tell we had before who didn't really like to hit people and couldn't bend his knees.

Yeah, yeah, I know... Someone is going to say all BC O-linemen are tough. I don't think so.

Will he start over Kosier or BIGG? NO. I would love him in the late 4th but at pick 69 you want a guy that will give immediate impact. We already have Holland as a backup!! Brewster will barely see the field the next few years.
