Hey I was just wondering what you guys think the possibility of the Cowboys drafting Reggie Nelson in the 1st round? I am a big Gators fan and absoltely love this guy. I've been following him ever since he transferred to Florida from JuCo. He's got great speed (4.38) and is a huge playmaker. The Boys haven't had a good Florida Gator since Emmitt Smith!! Thoughts?

Jerry and Wade want a signal-calling mind at FS. It's one of the reasons that went after Hamlin rather than some of the other FSs on the market. Nelson is not that guy.

Well I will tell you this...wherever Nelson goes...he will be a damn good ball player. And you can take that to the bank.

I'd love to have him. He was the best defensive player in college football last year. The defensive MVP of a national championship winner that shut down the best offenses in the nation.

I don't know if we're looking for Einsteins, but Jerry said he's looking for Wow factor. I couldn't name nother defensive player last year who made more "Wow" plays in bigger games. Please don't insult yourself by suggesting that Patrick Watkins is even in his league.

Thank you...someone here actually knows college football.

1 person agrees with you and they automatically "know" college football?

You think highly of yourself.

That don't mean much to some of these big time scouts on here. Lotsa dumb players in the NFL and some in possition like FS where thay have to make calls.

I'd love Nelson, but I don't see him being available at our pick
