I know any WR would look good if P. Manning is throwing the ball, but he has had to learn a work ethic and what it takes as far as running routes to play with Manning.

Decent size, better then average speed, if he is still available do you give a look?

Young WR who could give us flexability in the draft for the right price.

Any WR who has learned preperation and how to run routes from P. Manning and M. Harrison gets the benefit of the doubt from me.

Plus he has nice size and pretty good speed, if he wants low #1 or high #2 dollars, I think we could do worse. Would be nice to push Glenn, KJ and PC.

Plus you get younger at WR and can forget it in the draft, meaning more OL & LB's.

Would be nice to trade Glover and some change for Wayne but the Colts picked up Simon already. Maybe they'd like Glover and Ellis to go along with Simon and Freeney? Would be nice.
I'd love to pick up Wayne, we wouldn't need another WR for several years. May not make as many plays as TO, but I could deal with Wayne a lot better wearing America's uniform. I don't expect it to happen though. Our WR's got the job done this past year and Crayton adds a lot when he's healthy, it wasn't a problem last year, giving Drew time via OL was. I don't think we have the money to sign a bigname WR AND fix the OL, except via draft.

We can't hit on a RT, FS, ILB, OLB, WR all in one draft...well we could, but I wouldnt count on it. At least 1 or 2 of those have to come in FA. Wouldnt mind Wayne at all. He is big, pretty fast, and he runs good routes. Sure he gets the benefit from playing in a great offense, but in Dallas he would have other guys taking some of the heat, Glenn, Key, Witten, and if we have a good run game, I dont see why he wouldnt work well for us. He's made some pretty amazing catches as well.

Wayne is a very good player.

But he will be a similar story to Peerless Price, IMO. (Dont get me wrong, I think he's better than Price, but...)

Someone is gonna pay him BIG dollars to come be the #1 target on their team and he is going to disappear and disappoint. He is one of the best #2s in the league but he will suffer alot without Harrison, Manning, and the Colts.

I'd love to have him but not at the price that will be paid.

In FA, I like SF Brandon LLoyd but he is a RFA.
What would we have to give up for a RFA?

I also think Peter Warrick is worth a look because he might be available for cheap due to his lack of production and he may be fully recovered after this offseason thus making him a real value. He's excellent, IMO.
