Relax, you'll get over it

Try 13 year trend with a brief interregnum a couple of seasons ago.

It was easier to deal with in the Campo years IMO cause the team just sucked and we where in some ways rebuilding

From 03 to 07 (04 was ruined by injuries) we where improving but ever since December 07 we've been steadily getting worse. We've gone from 13-3 to this... :bang2:

come November 8th Sunday Night in Philly, everyone on this board will be getting hyped and pumped about that game, watching a 5-2 Cowboys team. That is when this season will start to really count in my eyes as in needed games.. Tough loss today no doubt, I thought it would hurt much worse but I am already over it & there is nothing you can do about it except whine like a little school girl about Romo-Garrett & whatever else you want to cry about.. Way too early in the year for todays game to have any bearing on how the rest of the season plays out, enjoy the ride folks!! We all know this team has the talent to win any game but just can't finish, but it is going to start happening! I don't care if you aren't going to drink the koolaid, keep bashing Romo. I am still on his band wagon, you and the other fairweather fans will look silly in the end!

Thats funny because last week we were supposed to be 6-1 going into that game? Hmmm....

:laugh2: Next week we'll be 4-3 going into that game, then 3-4 the week after that and so on. when the game finally gets here it's all about the draft

With this team you just never know what your going to get.

Im not going to let them ruin my week anymore until they are officially eliminated from the playoffs.

Once that happens I will sulk for about 3 weeks.

I actually feel like we legitamately got beat this game so im not as bothered as say a game like the Giants 2 weeks ago.

um, I just am laughing at this thread now... pretty much dead on, a lot of you back to loving you some romo & pumped for this weekend, gotta love the NFL... week to week

You really had to pull up a 4 week old thread?

lol nope, forgot all about this thread until I saw all the hype and love towards the cowboys going on, so I thought it would be funny to go back and look at how things were

Absolutely, great call man. Not surprising the replies in this thread are mostly IL too. :laugh2:
The crying is unbelievable. The sad thing is, as much as the whiners go on and on about how pathetic they think the Cowboys are (and call themselves fans) they probably don't realize what a joke they are as others read their crap from other boards. It's embarrassing.:

This team has not proved anything. Romo still needs to PROVE he can win in December and the playoffs. Stats are meaningless without playoff victories and that is truely the only measuring stick I care about. Hopefully he leads this team to big wins.

Hey, the guy nailed it.

We wanted accountability in the locker room, nothing wrong with some of that right here too.

They proved they are 5-2 which was the point of the OP. According to many posting in this thread that was laughable. They should admit they were VERY wrong, but they won't. You only hear from them when have something to ***** about.

This thread is funny, it shows the nature of some of these tantrum throwing fans.

Stick with your team gentlemen, through thick and then, or pick another one.

We also want them to stop tooting their own horn, shut up and play the game.......how the hell does that apply here?

We also want them to follow the rules and stop making stupid mistakes. Just so happens bumping old threads like this is against the rules....

Should we continue the comparisons?

Props to you man.

You called it.

hah nice call man! Looking back at some of those comments I do not understand how to some of you people call yourselves Cowboys fans? All you want to do is nitpick everything. A bunch of kneejerk goons who give real Dallas fans a bad name.

It could be a whole lot worse, i.e. Browns, Rams, Lions fans.
