I agree. Would like to see a vet CB, LB, and/or safety/NB added in FA. Thompson can play slot so that helps. In the draft there are are several of all 3of those we could draft that could start early even if downs styles and delane are gone by 12

Agreed. Think they need at least one more vet at CB and LB.
Then they can keep adding from the draft, but it's a tall ask for most rooks to come in and get up to speed right away. Especially after the 1st round

I think Terrell could start early but he's u undersized. One dark horse is Chris Johnson.

As disappointed as I am about the first day of free agency, I know it will take time to develop a championship defense. We need star players in the draft.

What you would want to overpay average starters? Been saying this, they will be signing quality solid starters over stars. You get those star players in the draft process.

This free agency period stinks for the most part the Raiders new center and Phillips getting record breaking contracts tanked the market for the Cowboys overall. Again it keeps going back to mistakes the front office consistently makes over the Dak administration. Then Jerry says a stupid catch phrase and we really do nothing. I going back to draft zone. It’s obvious that is what we are betting on but just like free agency we have to let other teams dictate are moves. Right now I see corner and pass rusher as what the front office will go after with our first round picks. Hopefully someone falls to 12 and 20.

The Cowboys have moved into the historically inept category. You resent any fan here expressing any discontent. You brand everyone a “hater” if they don’t view everything the Cowboys do through the lens’ of your rose colored glasses.
