Remaining schedule for us, NYG, Philly, and Minnesota

Lions beat them today. But the Lions are better than people realize. I said that when we played them.

Our division is still up in the air, especially since we play Philthy one more time.

I think the Cowboys are strong enough to get the #1 seed in the playoffs.

We shall see.
History says being the #1 seed does this team more harm than good. I'd rather see them on the road

I've got us at 13-4 if we beat the Giants on Thursday. The Eagles will have their hands full the next month but they lucked out getting both GB and Tennessee at home .

Commanders could be spoilers here against the Giants, and Giants spoilers to the Eagles.

We just need to keep winning.
Eagles could drop their next 3 games.
how are the Packers hot?
Because they have God Almighty #12 under center, goddamnit, he just made a farce of the Cowboys and he's not going to let his team keep losing and miss the playoffs. He has way too much ego and pride.

I live in the area and the Giants are starting to look an awful lot like the pre-2022 Giants. Which is to say, awful.

I hope the Cowboys burst their bubble for good Thursday because I think they are a fraud.

You may live in the area but it seems you don't pay close attention. Today was the first egg the Giants laid all year. But their real issue is that they were (and are) gutted by injuries. They are so thin that I could now see them losing out or coming close to it. But they are definitely not the pre-2022 Giants. When Daboll actually gets some playmakers besides Barkley, watch out.

This is a rare day in which I'm posting three different threads. However, I think this is an important thread to show where we stand for now. So, I'm going to separate them by team. I'm going to examine our remaining schedule, the Giants remaining schedule, Philly's schedule, and the Vikings' schedule.

Dallas Cowboys (7-3):

Giants
Colts
Texans
@ Jaguars
Eagles
Titans
Commanders

NYG (7-3):

@ Cowboys
Commanders
Eagles
@ Commanders
@ Vikings
Colts
@ Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles (9-1):

Packers
Titans
@ Giants
@ Bears
@ Cowboys
Saints
Giants

Minnesota Vikings (8-2):

Patriots
Jets
Lions
Colts
Giants
@ Packers
@ Bears

So, here's the way that I see it in the best reasonable scenario. Let's assume that we win all but the Titans game, as I think we can do. That means we finish 13-4 and wouldve beaten the Giants, Eagles, and Commanders. This gives us a division record of 5-1. I think the Eagles (currently 9-1) likely lose to the Titans, Giants once, and us. They would lose out on division record because it means that they'd be 3-3 on the division. The Giants, who are 7-3, I think, will lose to us, Washington at least once, Philly once, and the Vikings. They'd finish with a 10-7 record. I think the Vikings, who are currently 8-2, will lose to the Lions (they usually drop at least one game to them and had a lucky escape at home to Detroit), Patriots, and I could see them also losing to the Packers. If this happens, then they'd finish 12-5. If that happens, we would win the NFC East and the top seed. Suffice it to say, I think we are in great shape by beating the Vikings.

Helluva good post but Philly won't lose to NY bro...no way. Giants are done. They're circling the drain. I saw them get throttled by the Lions today: stick a fork in them bro.

I am just focusing game to game for the Cowboys and not caring about the others. Right now they gotta take care of bidness and wipe the floor with the gnats.. This has to be a win if they want to be optimistic about the rest. Same game plan as today should beat NY. Hope Micah is ready and able.

Well, Dallas did ok this week after getting throttled by an even weaker team. NFL is strange place, man. Although I dont' think the Giants can overcome their mounting injuries now. Anything but a convincing W on Thursday is an embarrassment, and cause to worry.

Philthy will end up with 3-4 losses, Gnats will lose a few more. Dallas just needs to stick with what’s working and hold court. I think Dallas can suffer one more loss and still win the division as long as they don’t eat the cheese….again.

he just lost on Thursday, they are 4-7, they are done.
Never. Ever. Say. Aaron. Rodgers. Is. Done.

Ironically enough or perhaps not... Tennessee was also their final loss of the 2016 season before they Ran the Table, including shellshocking us in our own beloved home stadium with the conversion on 3rd & 20, absolutely crushing what was the most magical season in the history of football for an underdog QB & RB duo (Dak & Zeke).

I still feel the Pain of January 2017 in my heart. It stings so much

I just can't go through all the machinations. Used to do that when I was a young man.
I'm just taking one week at a time. I'll find out how things shake out at the end of the season like everyone else.

I absolutely would. Big Daddy Rodgers is perfect @ the Linc and the Packers are hot and looking to #RunTheTable again.

The two and only two teams I'm super scared of in the playoffs this year are GB and TB because they have legendary playoff quarterbacks. Be very afraid of them. I think we beat the Niners and the Eagles and Vikings are pretenders.

Also, Randall Cobb is back. Be very afraid of that guy as the playoffs approach. Ultra clutch. And the Packers have the tendency to win those kinds of games on the road against upstart teams with better records. Look at their win @ Arizona last year when Arizona had a perfect record up to that point.
GB may not make it to the playoffs but Rogers will let the world know he's better than Hurts.

I can see the EaGirls losing to the Bears in Chicago and dropping one vs the Gints and losing to us in Dallas.

This is exactly how I see it. We win out sans Titans game (coming off a big win vs Philly we’ll come out lethargic) which may be a good jolt going into that playoffs showing us to keep our foot on the gas.

13-4 and hopefully a 1 seed. When’s the last time we had back to back double digit seasons?

Winning 1st place would be huge, 2 games instead of 3 to the SB.

But choosing between getting 1st place or getting hot at the right time, I hope the Cowboys peak by the playoffs.
