Remaining Schedule

The same Philly team we stomped the living crap out of about 5 weeks ago? What in the world makes anyone think that team is even in the same stratosphere as the Cowboys?

Classic over reaction to a loss by Cowboys “fans”.
They’ve won two in a row and have dominated. They are tops in the league in rushing over that span.

They also play 0 teams with winning records outside of Dallas.

Not saying we collapse and they win it. I just think it’ll be more like 12-5 over 11-6 or 11-6 over 10-7

The fact that we've looked completely inept offensively two of the last three weeks and don't have an upward trend. The Eagles trend line is up. Further, they have a ridiculously easy schedule where they don't play one team with a winning record until us in Week 18. We have a tougher slate starting with the Raiders Thursday (lose that game, woo boy).

And given this franchise's tendency to spit the bit in December and January, I wouldn't trust this Cowboys team having to win in Philly in Week 18 to win the division.

It's still a long shot for us to lose the division but we've seen this team collapse before so anything is possible. Thursday is a big game.

My remaining schedule is the next game, lol...
The Raiders appear to be struggling to score in their last 2 games. Their dee played pretty good in their last game against the Chargers although a normal fan would see the 32-13 core and think otherwise.

I think the Dallas offense "should" be able to score on this Raider dee although Fangios crowd the box and disrupt the WR routes at the LOS scheme seems to have worked pretty well on 2 occasions now.

So I guess it will become a matter of if defenses can effectively copycat this blueprint or not. Will be interesting to see.

On the OL, Steele held up against Atlanta but not so much against Denver or KC. Collectively, this group was poor in both the Denver and KC losses. Tyron Smith is clearly missed.

Quinns defense has played good the last 2 games. It appears to be improving weekly even without a few starters and with Parsons absolutely beasting it.
This unit's performance is trending upward and will continue to improve as starters return imo so now it's on the offensive players and offensive coaches to hold up their end going forward.

Performance should match paycheck.
No excuses

Good, hopefully they offer Jalen Hurts a 20 year contract somewhere around week 16 because that dude sucks and it would be a dream if they actually believe in that guy and don’t trade 2 of their 3 1st round picks for Russel Wilson (which I believe is their plan).

Man Philly only plays one team with a winning record the rest of the way and that’s Dallas

WASH twice
Jets
Giants twice
Dallas
——————————————————————-
Dallas plays:
Raiders
Saints
Wash twice
Giants
Cardinals
Eagles

They better win Thursday or it will get very interesting.

you think eagles gonna sweep Washington /giants ? Not happening.

I hate the eagles, dont get me wrong. but they seem to be going up.. and we are what we are... A MEDIOCRE team. Just watch.

You’re completely out of your mind if you think this cowboys team is mediocre. I can’t take anything you say seriously moving forward. You act like they beat the 98 broncos and 2017 saints. They beat two teams that are .500, if in fact it comes down to week 18, they’re going to get their heads caved in once again.

Dallas plays:
Raiders=Loss
Saints=Win
Wash twice=Split
Giants=Loss
Cardinals=Loss
Eagles=Loss

Cowboys finish W 9 L 8

The NFC East will be decided by the inter-division games remaining.
Someone mark this so we can bring it up at the end of the season.

That .500 Broncos team utterly destroyed us in Dallas the week before. I don't think we are mediocre but we certainly aren't elite and not playing very well right now.

This team is a mirage.... just wait and see.
I have been "waiting" hoping, wishing for the lat 25 years on this pathetic franchise...

Unlike previous years, this team actually has a defense to rely on. It will only get better once Gregory and Lawrence get back. Maybe I'm being overly positive but I'm not as worried as I usually am at this time of year. The NFL is having a really strange year so buckle in and enjoy the ride.

If they only win 2 more then you have to fire pretty much everyone

Relax people. They’ll maybe lose 2 more. Gotta get by Thursday then get everyone back for a done saints team

I have them know losing about 5 games, maybe 6 in total this season. But it still leaves them with a solid winning record.

Yeah despite looking like crap and having a bunch of injury questions, the Cowboys opened as a full TD favorite. I think this is a big game. If they beat the Raiders, that's some real breathing room but if they lose to the Raiders, there is a legitimate divisional race now. Which seems crazy when a few weeks ago we all thought we'd run away with the division given how good we looked and how atrocious Philly was.

Philly would now be just one game behind the Cowboys, if some fans would have gotten their way and had them beat Tampa, because at the time they thought that Philly beating Tampa would help the Cowboys.

Not so sure about that. Dallas has already made Trevor Seimon look like Joe Montanillo Part 2... When he was with the Broncos a few years back.

You want to point out a game we played few years ago as how we will play this year and just ignore how our defense played against Mahommes and the Chiefs yesterday?
LOL.

I believe we beat the Giants and the Raiders. The Eagles game doesn’t matter by then. so we rest our players
