Trust me...I am the last thing from a Jerry fan, BUT...

these experts who are slamming the Dallas draft are also the same idiots who randomly give Super Bowl Champioships to Minnesota, and New Orleans, blasted the Texans for Williams over Bush, had given the Patriots the last twelve Super Bowls in a row I believe, love to say how great Dick Jeron is (good decision throwing on 3rd down against us 2 years ago dick), and roughly get 85% of everything they say WRONG!!!!

The thing about grading a draft is that you really have to wait a couple of years before you can do it accurately.

Anyone breathing air was a member of that club. Everyone was wrong.

had Pittsburgh or New England had our draft they would have been praised for going after meat and potato football guys , saying "that what these teams are about" .....it is refreshing to me to see Jerry operating the team the way he has this offseason......i disagree with nothing hes done...
EMBRACE THE HATE

Can't argue with this.

NE and PIt would not have drafted this way.

Which pretty much proves the OP's point. It's a wait and see thing with these drafts.

Pats/Steelers are no better at drafting than we are, they just have better coaching.

2004: 8 picks, 6 are no longer with team
2005: 7 picks, 2 are no longer with team
2006: 10 picks, 6 are no longer with team
2007: 9 picks, 7 are no longer with team
2008: to early to say

Pittsburgh:

2004: 8 picks, 6 are no longer with team
2005: 8 picks, 4 are no longer with team
2006: 9 picks, 6 are no longer with team
2007: 8 picks, 3 are no longer with team

ummm...im pretty sure NE just did...12 picks.......aside from Chung they didnt get anyone that impresses anyone.....and ill put Jason Williams future career against Chungs any day ...AND they were working with 4 2nd rounders ....and we still got a proven WR with our first..but since they are the Patriots they get the benefit of the doubt while some just think that everything Cowboys do is just failure

Yeah but NE managed to come out of it with an extra two next year in what everybody is saying is a better draft. I was hoping for something like that or having Roscoe Parish thrown in on the Buffalo trade.

Thank you. If you get a few each draft to stick you're doing well. We just need to do better along the LOS. It's too expensive to pick them up in FA and pay for your own guys, too.

Those kind of deals have to come to you and the Cowboys War room phones were pretty quiet. About the only time they got a call when they were picking was at the top of the fourth when they were taking McGee.

It looks like they were planning on getting DeAngelo Smith for punt returns the whole time so they didn't need Parish.

Strange how those kind of deals just seem to come to NE every year?
