You can huff & bluster & deny all you want, but ANY success this team has will be 100% because of Bill Parcells & the team he built. This future team will no more be a Wade Phillips success than the Bucs were a Jon Gruden success. That was Dungy's team & everyone knew it. Same here. It's Parcells' team & they'll be his wins. Jerruh should be happy tho--he's now back in charge. Ireland will soon be out the door & Lacewell back in place. TO will undoubtadly be telling Garrett which plays to call. I'm loving it & will be enjoying every loss this coming season. Hey--maybe Wade's stripper daughter will perform at halftime during a game. (Ironically, I posted about that here a couple of years ago when there was a tv show that featured her.)

I have really never understood how a person can get so attached to one person or player and it not be about your favorite team. This baffles me.

As much as I loved Jimmy Johnson and all that he did for the Cowboys...The day he left was the day that he was like the enemy to me...I didn't/couldn't hate him, but I was pissed at him (and Jerry) for leaving and ruining what I believe is a once in a lifetime oppruitunity...winning 3 in a row, and maybe more.

I didn't want him to win and I was so happy when the Cowboys beat the crap out of his Dolphins on Thanksgiving. That game was like closure to me...we beat Jimmy and good and it was time to move on.

Jimmy will always have a very special place in my heart...but if he took another job there is no way in hell that I would root for that team let alone go to that teams forum. That is just nuts to me and I think people who do that are weird.
