People just think BAM! hire a new coaching staff and it will be all better. They don't have a real solution they just want someone to blame. A new coach will want time to change the culture of the players and the organization, that might take years. They are already thinking about the record we might have if we get a new head coach. For every Sean Payton there is a list of failed coaches.
Parcells is a proven coach. He has been there and done that, leading 4 different teams to the playoffs. Something he does is right. Why should we risk that for a coach coming out of college or someone that other teams don't want. We are LUCKY to have Parcells. After this season finishes, no matter the outcome, we would be lucky to get him another year.
I also agree about Zimmer, he has had the chance to prove himself for a while now and his inability to disguise the blitz and weak game planning has shown he should be somewhere else.
Its upsetting how quickly fair weather fans turn on a team. We had a winning record 3 out of 4 years with Bill here. We made it to the playoffs for the 2nd time under his tenure.
Don't count us out yet.
