Norv is a terrible head coach. He's failed around the NFL as a HC just as much as Wade Phillips has, only more.
I don't think I would watch many Cowboys games if he were hired.

If Jerry hires someone again just because he's comfortable with them, that will be a free pass to me to keep watching less and less.

I understand if Jerry makes decisions to create extra wealth for himself and his family, but to continusly consider comfort before winning is something Jerry doesn't have to do, but does it anyway. How can someone lead others to victory when comfort is so high on the list.

It should be about making money first and winning SB's second. Somehow the list is Money 1st, Comfort 2nd, and winning is somewhere further down the list, i'm not sure where exactly, might even be the last thing he's worried about.
