Norv is a terrible head coach. He's failed around the NFL as a HC just as much as Wade Phillips has, only more.
I don't think I would watch many Cowboys games if he were hired.

Norv as the OC would be a HUGE get. Kellen Moore can hit the road. Mike MCcarthy would wanna run the west coast offense and so I am leaning towards him not being a viable candidate because of that. Ron Rivera or Richard as the HC makes more since if we hire Norv as OC.
